About the role

You will be joining a highly successful and fast-growing organisation based in the Brisbane area. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of 10+ staff, with responsibility for setting and monitoring individual KPIs, ensuring all compliance requirements are met, and working closely with the directors to develop and execute strategic initiatives

The role will be responsible for, but not restricted to

• Liaising with Key stakeholders
• Utilising in house technology 
• Management of staff (10+)
• landlord communication for senior matters
