Head of Quality Management

**Position Title:** Head of Quality Management (Leuna, Germany)

**Position Summary**

To provide the company with the strategic and operational support required for Europe in the area of quality management and other standards in accordance with the company's requirements. The main objective of this function is to comply with and ensure standards. This role is a balance of strategic and hands on work.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

**1.** Independently implements and develops quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 aiming for successful audits at all times:

+ Primary professional contact person for the planning and implementation of the company-specific policy on quality and quality objectives
+ Communicates quality principles with the aim of promoting quality awareness in the company
+ Ensures that processes are up-to-date and, where they intersect, are in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001
