Key Responsibilities

• • Lead Quality Strategy & Governance

  Oversee enterprise‑wide quality planning, ensuring long‑term quality objectives are aligned with business goals while maintaining compliance with global regulatory standards.

• • Strengthen & Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)

  Ensure the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing compliance of QMS frameworks, including ISO and regulatory requirements, across all operational functions.

  Monitor plant‑level and central quality KPIs, conduct structured performance reviews, and ensure harmonization of systems such as CAPA, audits, testing, and change controls.

• • Manage Regulatory & Customer Audit Readiness

  Lead preparation for regulatory inspections and key customer audits, ensuring robust documentation, process adherence, and timely corrective actions.
