Make your mark for patients UCB is seeking to hire an exceptional Head of Rare & Epilepsy for Mexico who will be the cross-functional leader of operations for these two therapeutic areas. This position will be based out of our Mexico City offices in Polanco.

Position Description: The Head of Rare & Epilepsy will role-model the Patient Value Strategy (PVS) through inclusive and externally oriented leadership. This role leads Marketing and Medical Strategy Leads, Ecosystem Leads (ESL), and co-leads other functions (e.g., Hub). They are responsible for developing and executing the Integrated Strategy Plan (ISP), aligning objectives across ecosystems in Mexico.
