SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

  • Head of R&D - Fabrication 
  • Located primarily in Breda, with head office Schiedam

    • The R&D-Fabrication team makes it possible for Mammoet to keep a leading position with an unparalleled fleet of equipment and realize innovative projects. The Head R&D-Fabrication leads and manages a department of 25-30 team members, capable to deliver new equipment turnkey and support Mammoet with fabrication capabilities.


    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Managing the organization and process of R&D-Fabrication.
  • Leading the R&D Fabrication-team of 5 - 7 direct reports, with a total team of 25 - 30 colleagues.
  • As a Global Process Owner of Fabrication you will set and control the standards for Fabrication and Product Development worldwide.
  • Provide budget estimates to Sales and Asset Owners for new equipment developments and fabrication items.
