Job Description

The R&D Operations role ensures efficient execution of product development within the DAQ organization by driving operational excellence and supporting cross-functional coordination. This position is critical to achieving delivery commitments and maintaining transparency across all development lines.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
Drive on-time, on-scope delivery of DAQ development projects
Coordinate across Hardware, Embedded Software, Software, Operations, and Solution Portfolio teams
Support effort estimation improvements for portfolio planning and business case development
Align R&D with Operations to streamline industrialization processes
Collaborate with Purchasing, Production (internal and external), and suppliers to ensure smooth transitions from development to manufacturing
Manage dependencies and mitigate risks across internal and external stakeholders
