Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive learning strategies and plans.
• Develop and implement learning strategies and plans tailored to the unique needs of the respective business and project.
• Consistently communicate with learning consultants and business leaders throughout the learning development lifecycle to calibrate and deliver to expectations.
• Manage project/work back schedules and milestone deliveries to ensure delivery of training solutions in accordance with specified project/initiative timelines.
• Proactively define learning metrics that will be used to assess learning efficacy.
• Establish strategic priorities and associated timelines for implementation.
• Lead a team of dedicated learning and change management consultants.
