Your Contribution

Lead and drive the Total Rewards agenda across Europe in alignment with global strategy

Guide and develop a regional Total Rewards team

Translate global frameworks (compensation, benefits, job architecture) into effective regional solutions

Oversee and optimize key processes: salary reviews, bonus cycles, budgeting, salary bands, and job evaluations (HAY methodology)

Drive regional projects to enhance competitiveness and attractiveness of remuneration & benefits

Ensure harmonization, efficiency, and governance of Total Rewards processes, programs, and vendors across the region

Monitor KPIs, analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and decision-making

Ensure compliance with European and local regulations (. EU Pay Transparency Directive) and partner with HR & business stakeholders
