Head of Regulatory Compliance and Engagement

This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the Singapore Chief Compliance Officer. The role primarily focuses on leading a team of compliance officers to support the company's regulatory compliance posture, deepening regulatory engagement strategy and enhancing compliance, conduct and culture awareness across the company.



**Position Responsibilities:**



+ Lead, oversee and guide a team of compliance officers to support regulatory compliance across the company.

+ Design and implement programs to enhance compliance, conduct and culture awareness across the company through active engagement and close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.

+ Maintain regulatory interactions and develop regulatory strategy to deepen expertise in addressing regulatory matters.

+ Provide senior coverage for regulatory advisory and oversee handling of compliance related issues for incidents and escalations.
