Head of Regulatory Systems Strategy

Reporting to our Head Compliance Management & Customer Excellence, we are looking for an experienced Regulatory Solution Lead to drive compliance-by-system design solutions, data lake design, and digital compliance transformation strategy across our Fragrance & Beauty systems ecosystem.

As a bridge between Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, IT and business teams, you will lead cross‑functional collaboration from concept to delivery, promoting compliance innovation that enhances capability, speed, quality, and trust across the organization and for our customers.
