This role is instrumental in shaping Omya’s scientific reputation and future readiness through leadership, strategic collaboration, and impactful research. As a key member of the R&D Leadership Team, the successful candidate will define and execute a forward‑looking strategy, foster a high‑performing and agile organization, and position R&D Services as a cornerstone of Omya’s innovation ecosystem.
