Job Description

The Head of Research & Innovation for West Africa will lead the development and implementation of innovative dairy products tailored to the West African market. This role involves managing a team based in Accra and Ibadan, overseeing research projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

Scope West African countries (Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Benin, Cote d’Ivoire)


About You

  • Master’s Degree in Food Science, Chemical engineering, Nutrition, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the dairy industry.

  • Direct experience working in a highly matrixed, global company and capability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience successfully coaching and developing others
