Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Business Relationship Managers to achieve branch and retail banking targets.
• Oversee the development, marketing, and performance of liability products (savings accounts, deposits, and other retail banking products).
• Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
