Role Description The Head of Retail is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for leading the overall retail strategy and operations for One Up Consulting’s retail-focused engagements or internal retail initiatives. This role oversees daily retail performance, including sales targets, store operations, customer experience, and visual standards across locations. The Head of Retail will lead and mentor retail teams, set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. They will collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, retail expansion, and profitability initiatives, while identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.
