Head of Retail Operations

The Head of Retail Operations is fully accountable for the performance, profitability, and operational excellence of all retail stores. This role focuses on driving sales growth, managing store-level PnL, and ensuring strong retail execution and visual merchandising standards across all locations.

This position requires a highly independent, hands‑on retail leader with proven experience in building retail teams, establishing department structures and SOPs, and consistently improving store productivity, sales, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Operations & PnL Ownership

Take full ownership of retail store PnL, ensuring sales targets, gross margin, and cost controls are achieved.

Analyze store-level financial performance and implement corrective actions to improve profitability.

Control key operating costs including manpower, rental efficiency, store expenses, and shrinkage.
