Head of Revenue Planning – Commercial Finance Business Partnering

We're looking for a senior finance leader to drive profitable growth by partnering closely with Sales and Marketing. This role focuses on pricing, margin optimization, trade spend governance, and commercial forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead gross margin and customer/product profitability analysis
• Oversee trade spend and marketing investment ROI
• Own sales and margin forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Provide strategic financial insights to support commercial decision-making
• Develop dashboards and KPIs (price realization, margin mix, promo ROI)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred)
