Role Overview PWM Hydraulics Ltd. is a fluid power manufacturer that has evolved from a specialized hydraulic cylinder supplier into a multi‑sector precision manufacturing powerhouse. We are seeking a Head of Revenue Systems to design, build, and scale the entire revenue engine across the PWM Group of Companies. This leader will architect a repeatable, data‑driven, AI‑enabled outbound and inbound revenue system that supports long‑term growth in a technical and industrial sales environment. The ideal candidate is a true systems thinker who has built a revenue machine from the ground up. They understand manufacturing, complex technical sales cycles, and how to use automation, structured process design, and layered sales organizations to drive predictable growth.
