About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Reward & Benefits to lead the strategic design, governance and delivery of Lendlease’s global reward framework. As an expert adviser to senior leaders, you’ll shape a holistic reward strategy that supports performance, equity, attraction and retention across our diverse workforce.
