Reporting directly into the regional leadership team, this high-impact role will oversee the firm’s Rewards Advisory practice within a key regional office.

Operating within a global and regional leadership structure, this individual will be responsible for driving business development, client engagement, and delivering client solutions across Indonesia. The role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders internally and externally to shape and execute the firm’s exec comp & board advisory strategy, while leading a high-performing team of consultants and analysts across the region.
