Our client is a major provider of funding solutions to the UK SME community. As it continues to grow it seeks to appoint a strong salesman to drive the sales strategy and performance of an internal and externally-based sales team.

The Role: Design and execution of a sales strategy to increase the quality and quantity of new asset finance business through a network of specialist finance brokers. Training, motivation and coaching of an internal and external sales team to ensure that stretching new business volume and growth objectives are achieved. Working closely with the credit, risk and operational leadership team to improve the customer journey and ensure that the new business generated is in line with objectives.
