Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets for personal care cosmetic ingredients.
• Identify and develop new clients, maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to achieve sales performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitors, provide suggestions for product pricing and promotion.
• Formulate sales plans, monitor sales performance, and adjust strategies to achieve performance goals.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery and aftersales services.
• Participate in industry exhibitions and events to increase company visibility and identify business opportunities.
• Provide market feedback and customer requirements, assist in product improvement and new product development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Cosmetic, Fine Chemical, or related fields.
