About the Role

Our client is seeking a Head of Sales to lead their sales efforts in the European defence sector. This pivotal role involves both closing deals and establishing scalable sales processes. You'll work closely with the founders to shape the sales strategy and drive market expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for European defence and public sector buyers.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline, including target account identification and prioritization.
  • Lead market expansion efforts across European NATO members, with a focus on procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with founders to influence product prioritization, pricing, and positioning.
