Head of Sales

**Job Description**

**Work Arrangement:** This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.

**Your Role:**

Lead the sales function for GM Egypt — wholesale, retail, fleet, buses, and network development — to profitably deliver volume targets, sustain Chevrolet's market leadership, and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

**What You'll Do:**

+ Set and execute the sales strategy across all channels; deliver monthly volume and profitability targets
+ Protect Chevrolet's #1 market position through competitive planning, pricing actions, and incentive programs
+ Lead network development with MAC — expand coverage, improve dealer quality, and grow retail performance
+ Build strong relationships with MAC leadership, traders, fleet accounts, and government stakeholders
