The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Sales to architect and scale our commercial engine. We have achieved massive market pull (99% of our deals are inbound from search ads), have signed with the coolest enterprise logos, and our team consistently hits 96%+ of their targets. There is still a huge addressable market. For the right person, this is exciting.

We need a hands‑on leader to build the foundation, introduce structure, and scale our reach into new markets. If you love building and coaching teams hands‑on, establishing sales methodologies, and taking a highly successful business to the next level, this is the role for you.

The role is full‑time based from our Glasgow HQ.
