At Pearl Finland, we're actively seeking a Head of Sales to join our team. The role is key for our further growth in both the Finnish and Nordic market. The role requires strong sales skills, leadership ambitions, a self‑driven attitude, and a passion for driving a sales team forward to achieve both strong customer relations and strong tangible results.
The primary focus of the role will be to drive business in Finland, but collaboration within the Nordic region will be a key dimension. The candidate must be based in Finland and speak fluent Finnish.
