Overview
As Head of Sales – Decorative Segment, you will lead the growth of the Decorative business in Pakistan by turning strategy into results, inspiring strong performance, and fostering close collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Contribute as a key member of the Local Management Team, shaping the company’s direction and translating strategy into clear priorities for the Decorative Segment.
- Lead the Decorative business with a clear focus on performance, commercial growth, and operational excellence, working closely with managers to deliver strong and sustainable results.
- Build and strengthen a high‑performing sales organization through effective hiring, coaching, development, and retention, while setting clear expectations, role‑modeling Jotun’s leadership expectations, and strengthening the company culture.
