The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly driven Head of Sales & Operations to build and lead a high-performance commercial and student-support organization. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for scaling Beyond Insights' sales productivity, operational efficiency, and student experience — ensuring that every lead and every student is served with excellence.

You will be both strategic and hands-on: designing systems and processes to elevate team performance, while staying close enough to the ground to ensure flawless execution. You'll lead both the Sales and Student Affairs teams, aligning them to common goals of growth, efficiency, and service excellence.
