About the Role

Our client is a well-established ready-mix concrete supplier in Malaysia. This role leads the sales team while ensuring smooth coordination between sales activities and ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 4 Sales Executives
• Set sales targets and track team performance
• Oversee daily sales operations for construction projects
• Coordinate site visits and maintain client relationships
• Handle client escalations and project-related issues
• Ensure sales commitments align with operational capacity
• Prepare regular performance reports for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
