SS Ecommerce is hiring a hands-on, growth-driven Head of Marketing & Sales to scale our DTC Ecommerce business through its next inflection point.
This is not a run ads role.
This is a growth leadership role for someone who can build and lead a full Ecommerce growth engine: creative direction, conversion strategy, funnel architecture, CRM conversion, performance analytics, and customer journey design.
Your mission is to move the business from mid-six-figure monthly revenue to seven figures, while transitioning from third-party brand distributorship to our own proprietary product lines with stronger margins and IP control, with readiness to expand internationally.
