Head of Sales - North America

We’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead our North America business at Intrepid Travel. This senior leadership role sits on the North America Management Team and reports to the General Manager, Canada. The Head of Sales is accountable for driving revenue growth, sales performance and customer experience across North America, leading high‑performing Sales, Customer Service and Tailormade teams within a hybrid contact centre environment. In this role, you will define and execute a clear commercial strategy, optimise conversion and service delivery, and foster a high‑performance culture grounded in accountability, coaching and continuous improvement.
