As a senior leader within Nasdaq FinTech, the Head of Sales Operations will be accountable for driving the Sales Performance Management, and Strategic Execution across a Global Sales Operations organization.
The central focus of this role is to modernize and streamline Sales Operations by leveraging AI, automation, and data driven insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes end to end. This role plays a critical role in simplifying how sales teams operate, increasing seller productivity, improving execution quality, and driving overall efficiency across the Sales and Revenue Organization, enabling both short-term performance and long-term sustainable growth.
