Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
  2. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets
  3. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders
  5. Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and client proposals
  6. Monitor sales performance, pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs
  7. Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning
  8. Work closely with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  9. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  10. Prepare and present regular sales reports to Management
  11. Establish and improve sales processes, systems, and policies
  12. Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry activities
