Qondor is the Nordic leader in meetings and events management software, with strong and growing traction in the UK and beyond. Our platform replaces a patchwork of tools with one connected workflow, from first request to final invoice.
In 2025, around 44,000 events were delivered through Qondor across more than 15 countries. More than half of our ARR already comes from outside Norway. Backed by leading B2B software investor Monterro, we are entering a new phase of structured international growth, with a clear ambition to achieve fivefold ARR growth over the next five years.
We are now looking for our Head of Sales, a commercial leader who will own the entire sales journey and build the organisation that gets us there.
