Commercial Leadership

Own revenue growth across recycling and industrial sorting markets Define and execute go-to-market strategy (OEM partnerships, direct sales, integrators) Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline across North America and Europe Strategic Sales Execution

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Translate capabilities into clear ROI (yield, contamination, throughput) Close pilots, scale deployments, and long-term agreements Industry Positioning & Partnerships

Develop relationships with OEMs, integrators, and plant operators Position technology within existing sorting infrastructure Secure strategic partnerships (air ejection, robotic sorting) Market Intelligence & Product Feedback

Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams Track competitive landscape Shape pricing and commercial models
