Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Sales with strong experience in Inside sales and techno-commercial proposals . The role involves lead management, client coordination, proposal preparation, and supporting sales closures by working closely with internal technical and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Inside Sales Executives
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
- Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients to understand business and technical requirements
- Prepare and support in preparing the Techno-commercial proposals, RFQs, and quotations
- Liaise with internal technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate costing and solution alignment.
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements, compliance standards, and commercial viability.
