Head of School

Faith Academy invites applications for the position of Head of School. This role provides spiritual, academic, and strategic leadership for our international community. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Head of School champions Faith’s mission while guiding staff, students, and families toward Christ-centered excellence.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
• Experience in school administration and classroom teaching, ideally in an international context
• Strength in leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration
• Deep faith in Jesus Christ and aligns with Faith Academy's mission, vision, and foundational statements.
• Integrity, adaptability, and creativity in problem-solving
• Passion for the Great Commission and a heart for service
