Head of School

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the academic and operational functions of the School within the Faculty of Business, Accounting, Finance, Law & Humanity. The Head of School will provide strategic and academic leadership to ensure excellence in teaching, research, programme development, industry engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and administrative leadership in managing programmes under the School, ensuring alignment with the Faculty's vision and institutional goals.
• Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic programmes in accordance with MQA and professional body requirements.
