Head of Secondary Inclusion

The Head of Secondary Inclusion will create a culture where staff and students are inspired to achieve their potential. As a compassionate, values‑based leader, you will champion an inclusive culture; model high levels of professionalism and reflective practice.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring high‑quality provision for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), English as an Additional Language (EAL), and Gifted & Talented (G&T) learners. You will work closely with the Head of Inclusion (Whole School), the Primary Inclusion Lead, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to deliver strategic planning, staff development, and direct student support that promotes inclusive, high‑quality learning experiences across Secondary.
