Head of Security

Job Purpose:

The Head of Security is responsible for leading and managing all security operations across a mixed development property (commercial, retail, and residential). This role ensures the safety and security of tenants, residents, guests, contractors, and property assets. The Head of Security will establish security policies, oversee daily operations, coordinate with relevant authorities, and drive continuous improvements in risk management and emergency preparedness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Security Operations Management

* Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and SOPs for commercial, retail, and residential zones.

* Oversee day-to-day operations, including patrolling, access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response.

* Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, and building by-laws.

* Manage parking and traffic control within the property.
