Head of Security

The Head of Security will lead and oversee all security operations across Biggs Inc. including it's restaurants and corporate office. This role ensures the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities while coordinating closely with Security Guards provided through external security agencies. The Head of Security will develop and enforce security policies, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures to safeguard the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise and coordinate the activities of Security Guards deployed at restaurants and the head office
• Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide security protocols and emergency response procedures
