HEAD OF SECURITY

QUALIFICATION:

• 4 Year college graduate, preferably in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Management, or a related course.
• With 2–3 years of experience as a Head of Security, Security Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Has experience leading and supervising security personnel.
• Knowledgeable in security and safety procedures, including SOPs.
• Experienced in CCTV monitoring, incident investigation, and reporting.
• Familiar with loss prevention, emergency response, and risk management.
• Experience in the retail or supermarket industry is an advantage.
• Willing to rove between Bulacan and Valenzuela branches to conduct security checks and inspections.
• Able to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management.
• With good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Can work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
