We are looking for a Retail Service Delivery Head to lead the end-to-end delivery of this combined portfolio. This senior leadership role owns the technology roadmap for unsecured lending and wealth systems using top-tier third-party platforms.

The role does not own in-house software development; instead, it focuses on solution design, integration, vendor delivery management, and end-to-end program execution

Security Bank Corporation (SBC) is embarking on a critical strategic transformation for 2026–2027. This includes replacing the bank’s core Card Management System (CMS) , modernizing credit/debit card capabilities (including xPay and digital wallets), and simultaneously driving the modernization of our Wealth Management technology ecosystem .
