RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Client-Oriented Content Strategy: Develop short-video content strategies for brand clients, translate briefs into creative directions.
2. Content Production & Delivery: Oversee end-to-end workflow, set quality benchmarks, ensure on-time delivery.
3. Creator & Team Management: Manage in-house team, coordinate external creators, build content playbooks.
4. Performance Tracking: Monitor metrics, conduct post-campaign analysis, optimize based on data.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with ops, client servicing, livestream teams; act as content expert.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years in short-form video, content ops, social media, or digital marketing.
2. Hands-on exp with TikTok/short video platforms; agency/MCN/livestream background preferred.
3. Strong grasp of content metrics and optimization.
4. Experience managing content teams or multiple creators.
5. Able to handle multiple clients in a fast-paced environment....
