Head of Social

REBORN is an independent Creative and Media agency delivering campaigns with cultural impact and commercial performance. We partner with leading brands in FMCG, travel and wellness to create ideas that move fast and scale smart.

We are hiring a Head of Social to lead and evolve REBORN’s social capability across paid and organic content, influencer partnerships and platform strategy. This role reports into the Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for building a high-performing, commercially disciplined social function within the agency.

This is a senior leadership role with hands-on responsibility. In the short term, you will be directly involved in shaping strategy, refining process, elevating output and strengthening team capability. Over time, you will scale the department with structure, clarity and measurable performance standards.
