We’re looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to take ownership of technical architecture, engineering execution, and delivery performance across a complex, multi-product SaaS platform operating in a real-world, regulated environment.

This role sits at the heart of the business. You will act as principal architect and engineering leader , defining the long-term software, data, and systems architecture while ensuring the organisation delivers reliable, scalable, and commercially impactful technology at pace.
