Job Title

Role Summary
As Head of Solution Consulting for APAC Hospitality, you'll align the function with business goals and market growth. You'll guide and coach your team of Solutions Consultant to be able to effectively  assess customer needs, defining solutions maps to customer needs, delivering tailored solution demonstrations and proposals and support your sales colleagues in negotiations. You'll coordinate pricing, proposals, and commitments, encourage collaboration across Sales, Product, and Delivery teams, and support effective handover to Customer Success after the sale. You'll also manage complex renewal cases and contribute to innovation and business growth.
