Head of Solution & Design

Lead the Solution & Design community within the NTT DATA Salesforce Practice across UK & Ireland. This senior leadership role oversees a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary team of Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects and Functional Consultants, driving strategy from early‑stage presales through to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architecture Vision & Strategy: Define and evolve the Salesforce architecture vision, standards, and best practices across UKI; ensure alignment with global NTT DATA capabilities and industry trends.
• Design Authority & Governance: Establish and lead design governance, ensuring high‑quality, scalable, and secure solutions; act as the escalation point for complex architectural decisions.
