Head of Sourcing

The Head of Sourcing will lead and manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods (where applicable), logistics-related services, and operational supplies. The role ensures cost efficiency, quality compliance, vendor reliability, and uninterrupted supply to support manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution operations.

Sourcing & Procurement Strategy
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials, packaging, and related services
Ensure timely availability of materials to support production and dispatch plans
Identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor negotiations and strategic sourcing
Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage local and international suppliers
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
