Head of Sourcing (m/f/d) - Front End BOM

About the role

This critical role oversees the global FE BoM category; all direct materials we purchase to enable our frontend manufacturing. The subcategories within FE BoM include Silicon raw wafers, Process chemicals, specialty gases, sputtering targets incl. precious metals, and photomasks, all of which we buy from a qualified global supply base.

You will lead a high performing team of successful sourcing managers located in both Hamburg and Manchester, each of which hold several years of experience within Nexperia. In a highly dynamic environment, you - together with your team - will work cross-functionally ensuring supply resilience with our global suppliers as well as key stakeholders across sites.
