About the role

Due to an internal promotion we are searching for an elite growth leader, ready to play the game of their career. You will be leading a passionate and highly motivated team of over 30 reps and 5 sales leaders across the South Island to a scale that very few businesses ever achieve, whilst having an impact on one of New Zealand’s most vital industries, Agriculture.

Leading the South Island, you will be covering the full customer cycle from new sales through to Account Management. We’re looking for someone with commercial nous, X‑factor, charisma, highly competitive yet technically strong as a sales leader… and the ability to hit a target nobody can yet see possible. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading the region’s growth past the hundreds of millions of ARR.
